About AHC
AHC is a nonprofit organization developed by retired service members in 2023. AHC is committed to connecting service members, veterans, and military spouses with mentors across all industries within the civilian sector.
According to the Department of Labor, over 200,000 service members transition from active service each year. Our goal at AHC, is to connect service members and military spouses with mentors while still on active duty to assist with closing the information gap through mentorship regarding military to civilian transitioned and employment.

Our Goal
ACH’s goal is to connect active-duty service members, veterans, and spouses with professionals that are currently working within the civilian sector. Through mentorship and relationship building, service members, veterans, and spouses will be able to confidently identify and implement the following areas:
- Which industry will best support their experiences before departing active duty
- New career areas to explore
- How to transfer military experience to civilian requirements
- Require qualification or education needed for specific roles or positions
- Network/relationship building – building their brand and expanding their professional network
- Understanding of the marketplace as it relates to expectation management
- Resume development
- Job interview preparation
